What recurring cleaning actually means

Recurring house cleaning is residential cleaning on a fixed cadence — weekly, every two weeks, or monthly — at a flat price agreed at booking. What we do every recurring visit

  • Bedrooms: beds made if linens are folded on top, surfaces dusted, floors vacuumed.
  • Living areas: surfaces dusted, cushions straightened, floors vacuumed and mopped.
  • Touchpoints: light switches, door handles, stair railings.

Choosing weekly, biweekly, or monthly

Weekly is most common in households with kids, pets, or active home offices. Biweekly is the most popular schedule across our service area — most two- and three-bedroom homes in Avon work well on a 14-day cycle. Do you clean if I have pets?
