Cleaning Service Avon is a residential house cleaning company in Avon, Ohio, operated by My Simple Cleaning LLC. We started cleaning houses on the west side of Cleveland because the existing options were either franchise call centers that sent a different crew every visit, or single-person operations that couldn't scale beyond a few clients before quality slipped. We chose to build something between the two.
How we run
A small team, built to stay small
We are a small team. We hire cleaners as W-2 employees, not as independent contractors. Everyone is background-checked, trained on our process, and covered by workers' comp and general liability. Paid hourly, with consistent scheduling.
