Do I need a deep clean before starting recurring service?
Usually yes. If the home has not been on a professional maintenance schedule, the first visit needs the extra scope a deep clean covers — baseboards, inside oven, grout, behind appliances. From visit two onward, the recurring checklist is enough to keep that baseline.
How often should I book a deep clean?
Once or twice a year is typical. Many Avon clients book deep cleans in spring (post-winter salt and mud) and fall (post-summer windows-open dust).
Will you move furniture for a deep clean?
We move accent furniture and dining chairs. We do not move heavy items — couches, beds, dressers, large appliances — for safety and floor protection. If you want underneath those, move them in advance and we will clean the exposed area.
Is a deep clean different from a move-out clean?
Yes. A deep clean assumes a furnished, lived-in home. A move-out clean assumes the home is empty and adds full interior cleaning of every cabinet, drawer, closet, and appliance — work that is impractical when the home is occupied.
Can I split the deep clean across two visits?
Yes. For larger homes we sometimes schedule two consecutive days. Same flat price, split over two visits, easier on the household.
