Scheduling a move-out clean around closing or vacate
Move-out cleans are scheduled tightly against closing dates or lease-end dates. Best window is one to two days after the house is fully empty and one to two days before the inspection or new owner walkthrough. We coordinate directly with realtors and property managers if you give them as the contact.

When a move-out clean is not enough

- Yes — provided the underlying property is undamaged. Cleaning is one of the most common deposit deductions cited by landlords, and a documented professional move-out clean removes that line item. Damage (holes, broken fixtures, stained carpet) is a separate issue we do not address.
- Do you coordinate directly with my realtor or property manager?
- Yes. Give us their contact at booking and we coordinate scheduling, access, and the finish walkthrough photos directly with them.
- How soon before closing should the clean happen?
- One to two business days before the buyer walkthrough is ideal. Earlier than that and dust resettles; later than that and there is no time to fix anything.
- Do you clean carpets in a move-out?
- We vacuum carpets thoroughly. We do not shampoo or extract — that is a separate trade and we will refer a carpet cleaner if you need one.
- What if the new owner finds something missed?
- Call within 24 hours of the walkthrough and we send a team back at no charge. This is the same 24-hour guarantee we put in writing for every service.
