The core of what we do. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleans on a fixed schedule. The team arrives in a window you pick at booking. Most homes take 90 minutes to three hours.

Deep Clean
Deep Clean
A reset. First visit for new recurring clients, or quarterly seasonal service. Covers the recurring scope plus baseboards in every room hand-wiped, door frames and door faces hand-wiped, light fixtures and ceiling fan blades, inside the oven and inside the microwave, inside the refrigerator with shelves removed where access allows, window sills and tracks, cabinet faces and handles in detail, grout in bathrooms detailed, and behind small appliances on counters.
A deep clean on a 2,000 sq ft home takes a two-person team four to six hours. Most clients book a deep clean once or twice a year and run recurring biweekly between them.
Move-in / Move-out
Move-In and Move-Out Cleans
What a property manager, realtor, or landlord wants on a final walkthrough. Empty house. Every cabinet inside and out, every drawer. Every closet shelf and rod. Every appliance inside and out, including dishwasher detail. Every wall spot-cleaned for visible marks. Every baseboard, door frame, light switch, and outlet cover. Floors mopped and vacuumed in full. Bathrooms detailed, including grout.

Post-Construction
Post-Construction Cleans
Drywall dust is the hardest residue in residential cleaning. A standard clean does not remove it. A post-construction clean uses HEPA vacuums on every horizontal and vertical surface, then a microfiber pass with damp cloth, then a final detail pass on glass, hardware, and fixtures. Common in Avon after a basement finish, kitchen remodel, or addition in the older homes east of Center Road.
